atd: File axxxxxxxx is in wrong format – aborting

Centosのlogを見ていたら、message のfile量が膨大になっていた、

errorは atd: File axxxxxxxx is in wrong format – aborting が連続で数ギガに達していた、

atdをstopさせて Fileを確認 var/spool/at にありそうなのでcheｃｋしたが、空のFileがあるののみだったので、

その axxxxxxｘｘ を削除したら、errorが出なくなった？なんででしょう？
